About the Project
At the Nestlé plant in Feira de Santana (BA), Reditech developed the control software and commissioned the water treatment system. The installation includes several treatment stages, such as filtration, activated carbon, and reverse osmosis, which we integrated into a single logical and reliable control system.
Challenge
- Nestlé needed a modern and reliable control system that could:
- Safely trigger all filtration and reverse osmosis stages
- Monitor chlorine, pH, and turbidity sensors
- Manage automatic chemical dosing (NaOH and antiscalant)
- Offer clear and intuitive visualization for operators
- Be delivered in a safe, stable, and fully commissioned manner
