Reditech was founded in Belgium in 1995 by Renilde Peeters (Re in Reditech) and Dirk Verelst (di in Reditech). What started as a small automation company grew into an international player thanks to their vision and a strong, dedicated team. Together, we built an organization that is now active in Europe, North and South America, and Africa.

Our vision is clear: to be a globally recognized, sustainable player in industrial automation, with the customer as our most important partner.

We have extensive expertise in water management and water treatment, with an extensive portfolio of projects for thermoelectric power plants. We support customers in processes such as demineralization, desalination, and water purification to deliver the highest quality process water. In addition, we implement various other water solutions such as water pumping, first-line filtration, etc.

We are also an established partner within the automotive industry. We develop automation solutions for production, testing, and end-of-line environments that meet the high quality and safety standards of this sector. In this way, we help customers worldwide to improve their processes and work more efficiently.

1995

A SHARED PASSION TURNS INTO A BUSINESS

While studying to become an automation engineer, Dirk Verelst quickly realized that he wanted to help industrial companies improve their efficiency. Together with his wife Renilde Peeters, he founded Reditech in Temse. Their shared vision — global knowledge, local commitment — became the strategic basis for further growth.

2006 - 2016

GROWTH THROUGH KNOWLEDGE AND PARTNERSHIP

Since its foundation in 1995, Reditech has gradually grown into a reliable player in the world of automation in Belgium. Then in 2006 Reditech Engineering was founded together with new partners. Young engineers are given the opportunity to help build the company and develop their knowledge, both internally and in collaboration with clients. This shared growth and strong partnership are the inspiration for the Reditech logo, which symbolizes connection, collaboration, and joint progress.

But growth is not limited to Reditech Belgium. Over the years, “local commitment, global knowledge” has become a reality, and Reditech has followed its clients by opening offices in the Netherlands, Germany, UK and Singapore. By 2016, the Reditech Engineering division split off and moved to Bornem and rebranded as Yitch, while Reditech continued operating in Temse.

2012

INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION TO BRAZIL

In search of new opportunities, Reditech opened a branch in Brazil, a country with great potential in the field of automation. Today, this location has grown into a close-knit team of more than 20 employees who, with their knowledge and expertise, are an established force in areas such as water treatment. Thanks to close cooperation with the Belgian team, projects are also being carried out in Belgium with Brazilian experts.

2026

INNOVATING WITH YOU, A NEW PHASE FOR REDITECH

The year 2026 starts with a fresh look, but with the same values. Our four arrows have evolved into a forward-pointing double arrow, symbolizing the unity between our teams in Brazil and Belgium as we move forward on the path of innovation together. Our shades of blue have also been replaced by a new dark blue color that symbolizes our long-standing reliability and loyalty, with an extra wavy effect. This is a nod to the knowledge we have built up over the years in the field of water treatment. Proven expertise that we want to develop further together with you.

Together with our customers, we are accelerating the transition to sustainable water solutions. Finally, green brings a breath of fresh air to our story: it stands for progress and a sustainable future. These facets come together in our slogan: “Innovating with you” emphasizes the importance of collaboration. Because the best innovations arise when we powerfully combine our expertise with the unique needs and insights of our clients.
