Automation Engineer
Knowledge:
PLC software development; HMI software development; commissioning of automation systems at the end customer; monitoring of production processes; as well as delivering training for the operational team; development of integration logic in existing automation systems using market-standard platforms. Development of descriptive manuals and operating manuals; interpretation of electrical diagrams and automation P&IDs. Interface management between clients and suppliers. Experience with programmable logic controller programming, preferably Siemens; knowledge and experience with C and C# projects applied to Windows environments; participation in field work such as commissioning of industrial processes, startup of automation projects, and monitoring of production processes.
Required Competency:
Knowledge in the development of automation projects in supervisory systems; skills in analyzing new programming tools, as well as integrating third-party equipment into automation projects; strong communication skills with the work team, especially in industrial environments with clients. Availability for national and international travel is essential; fluent or intermediate English.
